The Grain Moon (La Luna del Grano) is the full moon of August. In August, wheat fields reach their peak fullness and splendor. This is why the Grain Moon symbolizes the fertility and motherhood of the fields (and Earth) and refers to the idea of promoting an inclusive corporate culture to create prosperous and satisfying work environments.

The Grain Moon is a benefit corporation offering services, training, and consulting to create a more inclusive corporate culture by supporting D&I and ESG goals, focusing on eliminating gender, salary, and career inequalities that also arise from the absence or mismanagement of parenthood in companies.
